Gym based Strength & Conditioning Program

An 8 x week gym based session to make you an all round stronger athlete and a more dynamic player. Run out of the Suncoast Hitroom, 84 Wises Rd, Maroochydore on Wednesday mornings from 6:30-7:30am.

Starts Wednesday 29th April.

An 8 x week program to develop your all round netball skills and knowledge. These sessions are available to players U12 and up. Friday afternoons from 4:30-5:30pm based at the Fisherman's Rd courts.

Starts Friday 1st May.
